Lucky for you, Greater Lafayette is home to a variety of golf courses, designed to cater to those who are brand new to the game all the way to those who have mastered the game. Birck Boilermaker Golf Complex
1300 Cherry Lane, West Lafayette
Located on the Purdue University campus, the Birck Boilermaker Golf Complex features two 18-hole championship golf courses.
The Ackerman-Allen Course, also known as the old South Course, features a Pete Dye design, parkland style, par-72 championship golf course with large bent-grass greens, fairways, and tees. Some of the challenges include rolling hills, tree-lined fairways, white sand bunkers, and minimal water hazards. The course offers five sets of tees with championship tees playing over 7,500 yards and the forward tees playing 5,300 yards.
Located in the same complex, the 18-hole Kampen course is also a Pete Dye design, featuring large bent-grass greens, fairways, and tees. The layout presents challenges for all players as the course includes vast sand bunkers, native grasslands, ponds, and a natural celery bog.
West Lafayette Golf and Country Club
3224 US Highway 52 West, West Lafayette
Located near US 52 and Klondike Road in West Lafayette, the West Lafayette Golf and Country Club is an 18-hole Parkland designed course featuring more than 6,200 yards of golf from the longest tee for a par of 71.
Coyote Crossing Golf Club
5801 Augusta Boulevard, West Lafayette
Since opening in 2000, Coyote Crossing has been open to the public offering daily fee rates, group packages, and outings. Located on 175 acres, the 18-hole course was designed to accommodate the natural terrain of Northwest Indiana. Yardage of the par 72 layout is just over 6,800 yards from the exhibition marker to just shy of 4,900 yards from the forward tees.
Ravines Golf Course
8525 Division Road, West Lafayette
The Ravines Golf Course is located on land that has been belonged to the Ade family for more than a century and features an 18-hole championship golf course. If you’d like to schedule a tee time, call or text ahead at (765) 583-1550.
Battle Ground Golf Club
5505 Pretty Prairie Road, Battle Ground
Opening in 1967, the Battle Ground Golf Club features an 18 hole course designed by Robert Simmons and Timothy Liddy. Battle Ground Golf Club is designed to suit every golfer, with wide bent grass fairways that offer multiple target lines. Sizable greens and large surrounds allow a variety of shots to be played from close range. Thick rough and strategically placed bunkers provide protection to the course from long hitters and there are only three holes where water comes into play. The course consists of five sets of tees playing from 5,100 yards in length at the front to nearly 7,100 at the back. A full practice facility is also on site that includes a putting green, a short game arena, and a practice tee equipped with five target greens.
Deer Track Golf Course
775 North County Road 700 West, Frankfort
Located near Frankfort, Deer Track Golf Course features an 18-hole course set back in the country. While the course includes some challenging holes, there is something for every golfer. Five sets of tee boxes give all golfers option based on their experience. The course plays nearly 6,600 yards at a par 72. For more in-depth information about each hole, visit Deer Track’s website.
Hollow Acres Golf Center

Opening for business in 1960, Hollow Acres Golf Center features a nine-hole par three golf course, 18-hole miniature golf course, lighted driving range, and snack bar. If you’re looking for a place the entire family can enjoy, Hollow Acres is family-owned and provides a quality, family-oriented entertainment experience for a reasonable price.
Harrison Hills Golf Club
413 East New Street, Attica
Located in Attica, Harrison Hills Golf Club is ranked in the top six golf courses you can play in Indiana. Sitting on 200 acres of beautiful rolling hills, the golf course features tree lined fairways, strategically positioned bunkers, and outstanding greens.
